Refund Policy

Try DrawMode free first, cancel whenever you like, and keep what you paid for until the end of its period. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Try before you pay

Every new web account starts with a free Professional trial (currently 14 days). It needs no card and nothing is charged when it ends: the account moves to the free Community plan unless you subscribe.

Cancelling

• Cancel at any time from Manage subscription in the plan dialog.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you have paid for, then it ends and is not charged again. You can restart it before then from the same place.
• Your work is kept. Anything beyond the Community plan's limits becomes read-only until you subscribe again.

What we do not refund

• The unused part of a monthly or yearly period after you cancel.
• A renewal you meant to cancel but did not before it renewed.
• Moving to a cheaper plan or a different billing period mid-period: the unused time is credited to your account and comes off your next invoices instead of being refunded.

What we do refund

• A charge made in error — charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged the wrong amount. Tell us within 30 days and we refund it in full.
• A seat removed from a Company is credited for the rest of the month on the next invoice.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5–10 working days to show it.

Payments that fail

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days and emails you a link to update your card. If the last retry fails, the subscription ends and the account moves to Community. Nothing is lost; subscribe again whenever you like.

Your rights under the law

Nothing in this policy takes away a refund or cancellation right that the law where you live gives you.
